Announcing: Outlive—How to get stronger, melt stubborn fat, and become healthy

Outlive is a new project that’s been in development for the past four years now. It’s a completely new perspective when it comes to trying to burn stubborn fat around the stomach, gain some muscle in the right places, and do it all in a way that’s healthy and permanent.
This project was born out of a few bad experiences. When I tried “bulking” with a calorie surplus, I didn’t get more muscular—I got fatter. When I tried “cutting” with a calorie deficit, I didn’t get leaner—I got weaker.
Why Is It So Hard To Become Strong & Burn Stubborn Fat?
I’ve been riddled with health issues my whole life. I was given antibiotics yearly and got chronic tendonitis in my teens. My doctor put me on prescription painkillers and sent me to a physiotherapist. She told me she was the youngest person she had ever seen with tendonitis, and she had never seen tendonitis in both arms. The painkillers I was taking caused me nosebleeds, and eventually, my hair began falling out. My dermatologist diagnosed me with alopecia.
All this to say is that you need a good base level of health if you want to follow the traditional calories in/calories out model.
A recent study has found that only 12% of Americans are metabolically healthy. Could this explain why Americans see no lasting change in their diets and why they continue to experiment with fad diets?
The plain fact is that counting calories doesn’t work long-term.
I’ve talked to guys who, after ten years of exercising and trying fad diets, that they think it’s impossible for them to become strong and healthy. “That ship has sailed.” They’re about to throw in the towel and just go back to pretzels and binge-watching the next dark antihero TV series.
From their perspective, nothing has worked. And it hasn’t worked for years. Why would it suddenly start working now?
Every day, I work with guys that have tried everything. Guys who were tired of lifting weights and eating healthy because the mirror didn’t show it.
But then they make a few tweaks, and they finally get it. They finally start getting stronger and burning off fat. And in a few months, they can tell that things are moving in the right direction.

It’s an amazing feeling.
And when I say they’ve tried everything before working with me, I mean they’ve tried pretty much everything.

I’ve tried pretty much all of these over the past eleven years of personal experimentation. (I’ve tried hundreds of supplements.) Many of my clients did.
Maybe you’ve tried a lot of them too.
We also work with guys who have already spent thousands on coaching from big brands, or they bought countless programs, and subscribed to various apps.
But nothing works for them. Why?
Here’s the secret that’s standing between you and a lean, strong, healthy body.
Chronic inflammation.
Being unable to build a lot of muscle and storing fat easily is linked to a developing disease (heart disease, diabetes, etc.). So many people over the age of 30 begin feeling this way.
So they can’t just eat less and expect fat loss if their body is inflamed.
And when these guys lift weights, it tears down the muscle, sure. But there’s no proper recovery because they’re inflamed. So, there’s no new muscle built in response to the muscle damage from lifting. It gets repaired, eventually, but not bigger and stronger.
I hear a lot of guys saying:
I want to bulk up, but every time I do, I get fat.
Then I try and cut, but every time I do, I become weak.
Why?
- Chronic inflammation makes building muscle hard.
- Chronic inflammation makes burning stubborn fat hard.
They’re both the same problem.
Interestingly, fixing this chronic inflammation problem also makes you healthier. So, if you fix this problem, you can:
- Finally, build muscle when you lift weights and eat more food
- Finally, burn fat when you eat the right foods and avoid the inflammatory ones
- Finally, feel energetic and youthful with nice skin and no aching joints or tendons because you’re healthy
So how is Outlive different than other programs?
First, we teach you exactly what I just shared—that chronic inflammation is your main enemy.
(Probably everyone’s enemy. It would seem like many people are overweight, under-muscled, suffering from skin/joint/gut issues, low testosterone, etc.)
We talk about the things that contribute to chronic inflammation and how best to avoid them. We also cover what things can help you to heal.
In the meantime, we give you a specific lifting routine that melts chronic inflammation while also adding on muscle size that we’ve dubbed the “size workouts.”
We also include some specific types of cardio that can help (should you want, you may need to fix some dietary/lifestyle things first before you feel in a good enough position to do cardio.) (It’s not jogging; it’s not spending hours on the treadmill—by the way, don’t use the treadmill.)
So what we offer is different because we don’t just give you another heavy barbell workout you don’t need. It’s not another collection of recipes that are too difficult to make or made out of foods you don’t like.
Rather, it’s new cutting-edge information that will help you understand what dietary and lifestyle choices are putting roadblocks in the way. And then a step-by-step game plan (with workouts) to put it all into action. Plus, you’ll get access to our exclusive community and be able to ask me questions, etc.
If you want to get your hands on it, head over to Outlive:
